Before continuing. I wanted to personally apologize for the lack of signage and traffic to the artist alley.
Artists are very important to us and I feel as though I have let you down by limiting traffic to the artist alley.
When we originally laid out the convention we had a group that was to be placed in the hallway between the escalators and the artist alley, unfortunately this group was unable to make it to the event. We had also created and printed signs that were lost during load-in.
While I could make excuses all day, none of them will make up for the potential lost revenue that you experienced.
We are currently working with the venue to relocate the artist alley to the Greenway Ballroom, this is located directly across from registration on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt.
