You must be available to tattoo for all hours that the tattoo room is open.
You may choose to be available for hours outside of the posted times.
We request that each approved artist provides a copy of the flash sheets that they intend to have for marketing and promotional purposes.
Tattoo artists are no longer allowed to sell outside of their individual booth space. If you are interested in selling artwork please apply for an artist table.
Artists must be fully set up prior to the health inspection on Thursday August 21, 2025.
Flash art must be at least 50% gaming themed.
